Ogun govt places N50m bounty on killers of late finance director

Ogun State Government, on Friday, announced bounty reward of N50 million, on killers of late Director of Finance and Administration, Mr Taiwo Oyekanmi, who was killed by suspected armed robbers.

Oyekanmi was shot dead while returning from two banks with the State Government monies running into several millions of naira.

The state government said anyone with useful information about the whereabouts of robbers would be adequately rewarded.

“The Ogun State Government has announced a reward of fifty million naira for anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the killers of the state’s Director of Finance and Administration (DFA), Mr. Taiwo Oyekanmi, on 29th November 2023 in Abeokuta.

“Information provided would be treated with utmost confidentiality. Such information can be sent to the underlisted telephone numbers: 08037441955; 08033074371; 08081775020 ;08034062773 and 08032136765.”

This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr Tokunbo Talabi.
