PRINCE Gboyega Isiaka, the governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ogun, has promised to develop all economic belts in the state to fastrack significant development.

Isiaka popularly known as GNI in the political circle stated this while addressing a gathering in Igbo-Olori Square in Ota, to round up his three-day campaign of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government area of the state.

He expressed displeasure over the state of infrastructural development in the council, saying that Ota town and its environs as the biggest contributed of Internally Generated Revenue to the purse of the state, lacked significant development.

“We have to bring significant development to Ota because of the huge possibilities here. It is one of the most important local governments in this state for many reasons. Also, because we border Lagos, we are going to be setting up a development vehicle called Border Towns Development Agency to monitor and bring development to our border towns.

“I am assuring you that our administration shall be committed to making Ota and all other major economic belts along Ifo, Sagamu, Obafemi-Owode great. We have already, a blueprint on how to achieve this and we shall hit the ground running,” he said.

Speaking further, the two-time governorship candidate promised to give immediate attention to roads around Ado, Igbesa and Agbara axis within the first 30 days of his administration, if elected into office.

While soliciting the support of the Yewa/Awori people ahead of the forthcoming election, the governorship candidate urged them to reject platforms parading deputy governorship candidates from Ogun West. This, he said would not in any way solve the various challenges and hardships facing the Senatorial district.

“This is injury time for the Ogun West -Yewa Awori people. Today, in Ogun west, I am that person that has the best chance of delivering to us what we want. I can say that in all honesty because I am the candidate with the requisite experience, independence and capability. All other candidates are being pushed. I am not being pushed or shoved. I am running my race independently, ” he submitted.
