Ogun East will produce next governor ―Kashamu

THE Senator representing Ogun East in the National Assembly, Prince Buruji Kashamu, has said that the senatorial district would produce the successor of Senator Ibikunle Amosun in the 2019 general elections.

As he expressed confidence that the party would come out victorious in all elective positions.

He stated this while addressing members of the party at a meeting tagged “Thank You Visit” to end his tour to all the nine local governments under the district.

The lawmaker also promised to declare his intention to contest for the governorship race in due course.

He declared that the senatorial district stood a better chance in the contest far ahead of Ogun West senatorial district, adding that his party, the Peoples Democratic Party would effectively mobilise members to ensure its realization.

Kashamu assured that all aggrieved members of the party would be brought back into the fold ahead of the general elections.
