We are interested in the adverb formerlywhch occurs in the following context: “and also formerly present Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation.” It should be obvious that the word has been used in confusion with formally. The contextual meaning tells us in clear terms that the reporter has picked a wrong word. The word belonging to that context is formally.

The expression that requires attention is: “in other to”. The expression occurs in the context: “in other to gather the required experience.” The specific word that is of interest to us is other. The context does indicate that the word is selected in confusion with order. The writer grossly betrays a pronunciation weakness in his choice of this word rather than order. The error is an example of how a pronunciation lapse can generate grammatical/lexical/semantic awkwardness.
