Obasanjo: I have put past behind me, says Bode George

FORMER National Deputy Chairman (Southwest) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olabode George, in Sunday, in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital said he had put behind all that happened between him and former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.

He said this during his thank you visit to Obasanjo when he led some of his loyal members to the residence of the former President.

Tribune Online recalled that Obasanjo recently visited the Lagos home of George in company of some notable Yoruba leaders.

The former military administrator of Ondo State said the raging storm between him and Obasanjo was over, describing the storm as the “handiwork of the devil” which he said has been put to shame.

He acknowledged Obasanjo as his leader, saying he was extremely happy to be reunited with him.
