Dalapo Ahile
The National Youth Service Corps Secretariat in Adamawa state joins the immediate family, other relations, NYSC nationwide and other numerous sympathizers in mourning Mrs. Dalapo Ahile, the NYSC Kogi State Coordinator, who passed away recently in a motor accident.
In a statement signed on Sunday by the Head, Press and Public Relations Unit, Mr. Y.C.Z. Philibus, the NYSC Adamawa State Coordinator, Mallam Abubakar Mohammed described Mrs. Dalapo Ahile’s demise as a great loss to Nigeria.
“The sad news of her death has come to us as the rudest shock of the recent past. To say the least, it will take awhile for anyone who knew or worked with her to come out of the shock.
“As people who believe in the fact that everything has it opposite however, we are aware that every living thing will certainly die one day when its time it’s due.
“On behalf of the management, staff and Corps members serving in this state, I, will a very heavy heart wish to express our deep condolences to her family. I equally extend similar message to NYSC Secretariat, Kogi State for loosing a trusted team leader, and loving mother.
“Most importantly, our heartfelt condolences go to the management of the NYSC Scheme under the leadership of the Director General, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim.
“From the little I knew about her, Mrs. Ahile was a very humane and illustrious officer, whose managerial skills will be greatly missed” he lamented.
