In her opening remark, NSIPA’s Head of Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) of the Agency, Dr. Binta Musa Ibrahim said that the training represents a significant step forward in NSIPA’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

“As we continue to strive for excellence in our service delivery, it is imperative that we harness the power of technology to streamline our documentation processes,” she said.

Ibrahim explained that the EDMS was “designed to provide a secure, centralized, and user-friendly platform for document management.

“This system aims to reduce paperwork, improve collaboration, and ultimately enhance the overall productivity of the agency,” Ibrahim said.

Ibrahim, therefore, encouraged participants to engage fully with the facilitators during the training sessions, stating: “They will guide and equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively utilize this system.”

She further urged attendees to actively participate, ask questions, and share their experiences, emphasising that their commitment to mastering the EDMS is crucial for its successful implementation and sustainability.

Ibrahim also expressed her gratitude to the National Coordinator and CEO of NSIPA, Associate Professor Badamasi Lawal, for approving the training and recognizing the significance of EDMS in improving service delivery.
