Novarick Homes plans Lagos first wellness resort at Epe

Novarick Homes, a real estate development company, has unveiled plans to build the first wellness resort – Alafia Resort & Spa – to be located within The Ridgewood Estate in Epe.

Situated in Ketu, Epe, The Ridgewood Lagos will offer residents a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Designed to promote mental rejuvenation and physical wellness, the estate spans 30 acres of pristine land, featuring lush green spaces and world-class amenities.

Derived from the Yoruba word meaning “good health and wellness,” Alafia offers guests a luxurious retreat, complete with state-of-the-art massage parlours and spa facilities.

“The launch of Alafia Resort & Spa represents a significant milestone for Novarick Homes,” remarks Noah Ibrahim. “Our goal is to create a holistic wellness experience that rejuvenates the mind, body, and spirit, setting a new standard for luxury hospitality in Lagos.” He stated.

In 2025, our priorities will be the completion of electrification and water infrastructure. In 2026-2027, we will finalise internal infrastructure and estate facilities, and in 2028, we officially launch Alafia Resort & Spa.”
