National Orientation Agency (NOA), Dr. Garba Abari
THE Directorate of the National Orientation Agency says it will carry out its youth re-orientation and attitudinal change programme in tertiary Institutions across the State of Anambra, with a view to directing the youths on the path of moral rectitude.
The State Director of the Agency, Mr Charles Nwoji, disclosed this when he led a management team of the Agency on a courtesy visit to the
Provost, Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Anambra State, Dr Ifenyinwa Osegbo in her office.
He decried the increasing rate of negative behaviours by the youths in tertiary, secondary and primary schools in the State, and called for
serious efforts to check the ugly trend.

According to Nwoji, the motive behind the visit was to discuss with the leadership of the college on issues of great importance pointing out that the Agency is ready to partner the Institution in its re-orientation and attitudinal change programme and thanked the Provost and her management team for the warm reception accorded to them.
Mr Nwoji, a lawyer, said that the campus focus programme of the agency was equally aimed at cementing the relationship between the students
and the school authorities.
Responding the Provost of the College, Dr Osegbo, who spoke through the College Chief Librarian, Mr Cliff Nwogwugwu, said that the National Orientation Agency and the College are working in the same direction, adding that the primary goal of the College is character moulding and development of future teachers in the society.
