The National Judicial Council (NJC) has compulsorily retired a judge of Osun State Division, Justice Olamide Folahanmi Oloyede who attacked Governor Rauf Aregbesola in a controversial letter.
Also, compulsorily retired is Justice Yunusa, mentioned in the Ricky Tarfa bribery saga, though he was fired for a different corrupt act.
The decision was taken at the council’ meeting on Thursday.
