Nigerians should speak up on kidnapping

Published by

It is very worrisome that kidnapping is so rampant in Nigeria nowadays. We must rise up against it in order to stamp out the menace, or who knows who may be the next victim? Martin Niemoller, a German anti-Nazi theologian and Lutheran pastor, once said, “First, they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out because I was not a socialist.
“Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak for me.”
God bless Nigeria.
