Nigerians need divine intervention over country’s current situation —Bishop Williams

Published by

The National Coordinator for the Pastors for Change Initiative, Bishop Kayode Williams, has urged Nigerians to call upon the Lord for grace and mercy over the current economic situation.

He stated this during the prayer meeting of the Pastors for Change Initiative, held at the Interdenominational Centre, Ikoyi, Osun State.

The cleric, who noted that whoever called upon the name of the Lord shall be saved, stated that “there is a looming danger over the nation and it is very near. It will happen like a flash; unexpectedly and there shall be no more time for repairs. The damage will be grievous which will lead to screaming and shouting.

“2017 and 2018 shall be a mother of all battles on corruption that will shake the foundation of Nigeria and shall produce positive result for Presisdent Muhammadu Buhari.

“The time has come for God to transfer wealth from the corrupt and wealthy who have abused the privilege of being the custodians of wealth to the masses.”

Williams stressed further that God had ordered Oba Adedapo Adewale Tejuoso, the Osile of Oke Ona Egba, to consult all traditional rulers in Yorubaland to hold an urgent meeting to seek divine intervention and find ways to resolve misunderstanding among traditional rulers.
