Senator Iyiola Omisore has boosted the chances of President Muhamadu Buhari winning in Osun State, with the delivery of his polling unit in Ife in favour of the presidential aspiration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate.
After the elections which held at St Gabriel School in Moore Ward of Senator Omisore in Ife East, President Buhari and both the Senatorial and House of Representatives candidates of APC won a landslide victory.

The outcome of the election at the strong of Senator Omisore, who was the candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), iin the last governorship election in Osun State, further attests to the belief in some quarters that the coalition agreement between the SDP and APC that saw to the emergence of Governor Gboyega Ouetola at the helms of affairs in Osun State will yield good results.
