The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded eight new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 167,059.
The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Friday.

“167,059 confirmed, 163,436 discharged, 2,117 deaths.
“Today’s report includes: 6 states with 0 cases reported: FCT, Kaduna, Kano, Nasarawa, Oyo, and Sokoto.”
