Nigeria needs competent leadership

Published by

The race to the 2023 general election will soon commence in Nigeria and some interested politicians who wish to govern us have been pasting their posters in order to create awareness about their ambition to become president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

What type of president do we need in Nigeria come 2023? Nigerians need a leader who will give us peace and happiness; a leader full of energy, who will have time to read and respond immediately to any problem facing the poor masses.

We need a leader who is healthy and can tackle the challenge of insecurity without bias; Many families in Nigeria whose children have been kidnapped or killed by yet to be identified or unknown gunmen are still in pain; we need a president that will put an end to crime, banditry, kidnapping and senseless killings.

The only problem facing Nigeria is bad leadership; power should return to a zone that will produce competent and unbiased leaders. We have many competent, brilliant, vibrant, honest and God-fearing people in other zones that can lead us, it is time for the northerners to allow the southern states to produce the next president of Nigeria for the sake of unity. Together we stand and divided we fall.
