Niger to airlift second batch of pilgrims Tuesday

No fewer than 424 Niger State Pilgrims will be airlifted back to Niger State for the second batch on Tuesday, 9th, July 2024.

The Pilgrims will be conveyed from Makkah to the King Abdul-Aziz International Airport Jedda this night( on Monday evening) for takeoff very early in the morning on Tuesday to Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport, Minna, the State capital.

The Executive Secretary, of the Board, Sheikh Muhammad Awwal Aliyu, said the second flight having 424 using FLYNAS Airplanes, will airlift Pilgrims from Chanchaga, Rijau, and part of Mariga Local government Areas of the State, with consideration of some pilgrims with health challenges and receiving treatments.

He disclosed that the weighing of luggage for the second set of Pilgrims had already begun on Sunday 7th, July 2024.

According to him, schedule of the subsequent flights would be communicated accordingly In due course to ensure a smooth and efficient journey/ flight, for all pilgrims back from the exercise.
