Niger Delta Basin Development Authority inaugurates new editorial board

THE Managing Director, Niger Delta Basin Development Authority, Mr Tonye David-West, on Friday inaugurated a new 12-Member Editorial Board of the Authority’s in-house bulletin known as “NDBDA News”.

This is contained is a statement issued in Port Harcourt by Mr Obum Akawor, Deputy Director, Public Relations Unit of NDBDA.

The statement said the new editorial board of the Bulletin has the Authority’s Executive Director, Administration and Finance, Mr Isaac Otuorimuo, as Chairman.

It said that David-West, while inaugurating the Board, charged members to use the bulletin to showcase all the achievements of the current administration in the authority.

According to the statement, David- West charged the editorial board to showcase the activities of the authority’s landmark projects in its Area-Offices.

He admonished NDBDA’s staff to embrace the change agenda of President Muhammadu Buhari`s administration by translating it to their respective working environments.

In his response, the Chairman, Editorial Board of the Bulletin, Otuorimuo promised to deliver the next edition of the bulletin on schedule.

He also pledged to use the bulletin to generate revenue for the Authority.

The board has Akawor, as Editor-In-Chief, Mr Reuben Nnah, an Assistant Chief Public Relations officer, as Editor, while Mr Alex Aniemeke, an Assistant Director Legal, would serve as its Secretary.
