Speaking also, Alhaji Abdulrahman Adoke, who is the special assistant to the chairman of the foundation, advised the people to always appreciate the good gesture of the Asmau Foundation, noting that this would encourage him to do more.

Adoke equally advised those that were not able to benefit from the exercise to exercise patience till the next phase of the programme, which he noted would be coming in December this year.

He called on other well-to-do individuals and similar organisations to complement the efforts of the government by extending help to the people.

He noted that the government alone cannot meet the needs of the people, hence the need for spirited individuals to help the poor in their communities.
