NGO launches book clubs in Abeokuta schools, promotes reading culture

Accurate Creative Minds Foundation (ACMF), an NGO that enlightens and empowers youth has kicked off the establishment of Book Clubs in some secondary schools in Abeokuta, to promote reading culture among Nigerian students.

The first school to benefit from this laudable and impactful effort was Top Tees College, Opako Abeokuta.

The ACMF team visited the school on the 12th of March while the students were still on the assembly ground. The director of ACMF addressed the students on the importance of reading and how becoming a club member will be a catalyst in achieving their future goals.

The ACMF team presented the school with a frame club emblem, 4 copies of novels, a club banner and a pen pack.

The effort continues, as the ACMF team extended this initiative by doing the same at St. Peters College, Premier Grammar School, Nawar ud deen High School and Rev Kuti Memorial Grammar School.

Accurate Creative Minds Foundation intends to establish the Chapters of the ACMF Book Club in all schools in the state and Nigeria. Therefore, it will make the club a national club that will revive and promote the reading culture among the students.

ACMF……changing the narratives
ACMF……..turning dreams and ideas into reality
ACMF…….together we can make this world a better place
