The National Examinations Council (NECO) has postponed the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination into Federal Unity Colleges and the Entrance Examination into Federal Government Academy, Suleja, due to low enrollment of candidates.

Azeez Sani, the Acting Director of the Directorate of Information and Digital Communication at NECO, stated in a Tuesday announcement in Abuja that the National Common Entrance Examination, originally scheduled for April 20, 2024, would now take place on June 1, 2024.

He further mentioned that the Entrance Examination for Gifted and Talented Children into Federal Government Academy, Suleja, initially slated for May 4, 2024, has been rescheduled to May 25, 2024.

“The registration of candidates will continue until the new dates for the examinations,” the statement noted.
