NCPC boss bags life impact peacebuilding award

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, Rev Yakubu Pam, has received a Life Impact Peacebuilding award for long years of continuous peacebuilding across bridges in Nigeria.

The prestigious award was graciously presented to the NCPC boss by the Primate of God’s City Church, Jos I. D Samuel, during the Church’s four years anniversary thanksgiving service.

Speaking at the event, the NCPC helmsman affirmed that there is nothing more than peace. He posited that the only way to handle issues in the country is through dialogue.

He stressed the need for Nigerians to respect the country and its leaders by believing in the nation and by supporting the policies of the government of the day.

The Peace Ambassador charged the church to live above board because according to him,” the citizenry expects that the church remains the light of the nation.

He urged churches to use their altar to preach peace and give hope to Nigerians in time like this.

His words, “We should use the altar to still give hope to Nigerians.”

The NCPC Chief Executive further averred that Nigeria would not only lead Africa but the whole world. He further explained that no country has always got it right except by the divine grace of God.

The Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Plateau State chapter, Rev Stephen Dangana also received an award for spiritual development.
