It is very disturbing that some of these mobile operators have been found to be fraudulent in delivering services to their subscribers.
They engage deducting, deleting, pilfering and siphoning subscribers’ credit under various guises.
Some of the mobile operators offer credit loans and even after repayment, they still continue deducting customers’ credit. I am disturbed by this experience.
They should put their houses in order and stop robbing Peter to pay Paul just because they want to remain in business.
Finally, the affected mobile operators should please be advised to stop the practice of sending customers text messages full of deceitful offers.
This is nothing but corruption.
