Natures Gentle Touch boosts support for youth empowerment

Natures Gentle Touch has continued to lead the way in helping future generations thrive, by providing scholarship opportunities to individuals at their hair institute, located in Ikeja GRA, Lagos.

Natures Gentle Touch Hair Institute is a leader in beauty and style education.

Speaking on the scholarship, Chijioke Anaele, Chief Executive Officer of the company, said this is the organisation’s intervention in today’s world, where youth unemployment represents a mounting global concern.

He said: “Natures Gentle Touch Hair Institute, offers scholarship opportunities to individuals who are desirous of establishing a career in Cosmetology.

“Short-listed candidates are offered free three years training at the Natures Gentle Touch Hair Institute.

“The training is an intensive theory and practical sessions in the art and science of hair styling, scalp care and salon management.

“Successful candidates have the opportunity to be selected for automatic employment with attractive remuneration at the Institute.

“The Natures Gentle Touch Hair Institute was established with a mission to bridge the gap in beauty and style knowledge, and to use its platform to empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and connection to exploit the immense potential in the beauty, style, and personal care industry.”

Anaele revealed that the institute has trained 28 batches of Cosmetologists through its scholarship scheme, adding the next session will be announced, as soon as the current batch is done.

The Institute, which began operations in 2006, offers short-duration courses for qualified and practicing stylists with courses covering technical, commercial and management skills needed for a successful saloon business and career.
In its years of operation, it has trained over five thousand Hair Stylists, many of whom have gone ahead to start off lucrative careers as professional stylists.
