The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has felicitated with the Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar on his 62nd birthday, describing him as a leader who has the well-being of Nigerians at heart.

In a statement signed by NANS Senate President, Afeez Akinteye on Friday in celebration of the minister’s birthday, said the minister is a leader whose leadership and service to the nation has been exemplary in a role that demands courage, strategy and unwavering commitment.
According to the statement, “Abubakar’s tenure as Minister of Defence has been marked by an active and hands-on approach, ensuring that the security forces are empowered, equipped, and ready to meet the ever-evolving challenges of national defense.
