According to a statement by the Festival Media/Publicity Committee, the advanced teams from all the states of the federation arrived Port Harcourt, the Garden City on today ahead of the registration of participants slated for today through tomorrow.
The statement, signed by the State Commissioner for Information, Mr Emma Okah, added that the time for registration of participants for the festival is 6 am to 6 pm each day at the Obi Wali International Conference Center, Port Harcourt.
The statement noted that the registration of participants would be followed by a Waste-to-Wealth Training/Skill Acquisition on Monday at the same venue, to be followed by free medical service and balloting for the presentation of competitive events.
