Who tells you that your sperm is watery? What has happened that made you believe that your sperm is watery? How do you know the consistency of your semen?
Please, you need to see an expert in this area of medicine before it is too late. Having back pain during sexual intercourse with either your girlfriend could be caused by a lot of factors that can be confirmed by a physician. You must open to him/her. Concealing how you feel at all times might not be helpful.
Your inability to sustain sex for long could be a result of anxiety or your insatiable thirst for sex at all times. You equally have to cut down the number of times you get into the act. It is not compulsory you have sex with your girlfriend every time you are both together.
Having a lasting relationship goes beyond every second sex bouts.
Please, see a doctor before it is too late because your problem might have been caused by infection that needs to be treated before you infect your girlfriend.
