My early morning headache

I noticed that I usually wake up in the morning with headache. Meanwhile, my Blood Pressure is normal. Kindly let me know what could be the cause of the headache

Abraham (by SMS)

Frequent morning headaches may be a sign of a sleep disorder or other health condition. Other possible causes of morning headaches include oversleeping, tension, and substance use. Certain lifestyle changes such as exercises, avoidance of consumption of alcohol or coffee close to bedtime as well as weight loss can help you avoid morning headaches. If the headache persists, you may need to change your pillow to a softer type and check your Blood Pressure.
