Musician’s husband gives reasons for collapse of marriage

Published by

We wrote last week about this popular musician whose marriage packed up last year following accusations and counter-accusations about who was actually responsible for the collapse.

If you remember, the marriage, which was contracted two years ago and with a child to show for it, collapsed last year, and early this year, there were rumours that they plan to come back together.

However, the musician’s husband, according to Olofofos, told an audience at a church programme in Ambode state about what actually led to the collapse of the marriage, advising them to learn from him.

According to him, the first problem was the elaborate wedding ceremony that they did, saying that if he had the chance of doing marriage again, he would not have an elaborate wedding. He said many people gave them wrong advice on how the marriage should be done and he and the musician followed their advice blindly.

He also admitted that he tried to dictate to his wife, which did not go down well with her, making both of them to always be at loggerhead.
