Multichoice introduces more variety and quality on DStv

IN its resolve to delivered more entertainment value to the DStv Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, Family and Access bouquets, Multichoice, through its business as usual initiative has launched a strategic viewing pleasure for its customers on DSTV with effect from November 1, 2016.

The customers-friendly package which will make available over 20 channels from the high rated bouquet to other lower Bouquet to add more value to customers’ value without increasing the price.

Speaking at a press briefing in Lagos, yesterday, the General Manager, Marketing and Sales, Multichoice, Martin Mabutho, said, the latest move was in line with the company’s promise of putting its customers at the heart of the business.

“In the last nine months, DStv has delivered the world’s best football leagues to DStv Compact customers (February) followed by the DStv price freeze in April and in the latest giant leap in providing customer value, DStv is combining more quality and variety to its bouquets to ensure everyone has access to the best family entertainment at a price they can afford.

“This major boost in entertainment value across all DStv bouquets demonstrates our commitment to ensuring DStv customers receive great entertainment and best-in-class value.  The price reductions in our state of the art decoders Explora and HD Zapper will ensure that great family entertainment is available to everyone at the most affordable price.

“Following the addition of the Premier League and La Ligato the package earlier this year, DStv Compact will also get more content from the best of English programming on ITV Choice(DStv channel 123) as well as a trip down memory lane with the nostalgic movies on TCM (DStv channel 137). Compact subscribers will also get a content boost with the launch of exciting new channels, SS4, ROK,Eva Plus and B4U Movies.”

The DStv Family package will be enhanced with SIX additional channels B4U Movies, Evaand Eva Plus channels. More entertainment awaits with the addition of CBS Reality, SuperSport 4 and FOX.

“DStv Access will also get a major content boost as four new channels will be added including SS4,BBC World News,B4U Movies and Eva Plus– where viewers will get access to the latest library content of the hottest telenovelas that have aired on Eva – in addition to a great new line up of sporting events.

“For the first time, DStv BoxOffice introduces the GREEN button sale feature which allows subscribers rent a movie at discounted price of N286 on selected movies only. The GREEN button sale on these select movies will be available for a limited period only before they leave BoxOffice completely.”
