Chinese fried rice is the toast of young and the old. It is a delicious and traditional side dish in Chinese cusine. It is a popular food in sinophone countries as well as around the world. Sometimes, it is served as penultimate dish in Chinese banquets just before desert.
Ingredients
Chopped carrot
Table spoon of oil
Egg
Soy sauce
Chicken
Frozen peas
Onion
Pepper
Salt
Preparation
Get a clean bowl, pour eggs and water inside, then, mix the two together. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add, the egg-water mixture and allow them to boil for 1-2 minutes. Heat oil in the same skillet, add onion and salt until they are soft. Then add the rice, soy sauce, pepper, chicken. Fry and stir together for about 5 minutes.
