Ministerial list: Halima Gaya commends Tinubu, Gov Bello over Shuaib Audu’s nomination 

Former Commissioner of Commerce and Industry in Kogi State under the late Prince Abubakar Audu-led administration, former North Central coordinator of Sure-P and a staunch woman mobilizers for APC in the last Presidential election for Tinubu/Shettima, Barr Halima Alfa Gaya, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the nomination of Prince Shaibu Abubakar Audu (Jnr) for ministerial appointment.

Halima, a political associate of the late Abubakar Audu a former governor of the state, equally thanked the incumbent Governor of the State, Governor Yahaya Bello, for recommending one of the illustrious sons of the state for federal appointment.

According to her, the son of the late former Governor of the state is one of the finest in the state who is capable of delivering any mandate entrusted to him in whatever capacity.

Halima said that Prince Audu’s outing at the Senate screening was very impressive, stressing that “he will never disappoint the President, the governor, his people and Nigeria at large”.

Halima added that Prince Audu (Jnr) paraded an intimidating resume noting that “he is young, brilliant and articulate. I am very sure he will live up to expectations. He is a vibrant young man ready to work and contribute his quota to Nigeria’s development and I believe he will do just that”.

“You can imagine someone who has 20 years career in banking sector. He has worked in cooperate and investment portfolios in the bank. He is an experienced pension and assets manager despite the fact that he is trained both locally and internationally and has working experience in both Nigeria and abroad. He is just one of the kind Minister Nigeria needs at this crucial hour,” Barr Halima maintained.

While praising President Tinubu and Kogi State governor, Halima said that they are talent hunters and have knack for giving youths opportunity to excel in their area of competence and desires, saying that “God used the governor of Kogi state Alhaji Yahaya Bello to put his name forward, which enable Mr President to nominate him for appointment as Minister of Federal Republic of Nigeria”.

“The Ministerial nominee to me is well trained, experienced, disciplinarian, industrious and excellent choice. He will add value to the Federal Executive Council (FEC) when constituted and well-being of Nigerians.

“The youths in this country will be happy with Mr President for bringing someone young from their circle to work with him in bringing the much desired development to the country “, she stated.
