THE Inter-Ministerial Committee on Draft Bill on the Executive Order 5, on Monday, submitted its report to the Minister of Science and Technology, Dr Ogbonnaya Onu.

Dr Onu commended the committee for producing documents that would be sustainable, adding that Nigerian ought to have done this long time ago.

He said the bill would be studied before it will be forwarded to the Federal Executive Council (FEC) for another scrutiny before being forwarded to the National Assembly for passage into law.

According to him, when the draft bill is signed into law, it would be of great benefits to the country and would encourage Nigerians to create wealth and jobs for the nation.
