Bolarinwa Kashif Ololade, popularly known as Mr Fly, is a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist born to a Nigerian parents on October 16, 1993.

He’s the founder and Chairman of Fly Multi Company Ltd., a conglomerate of businesses that cut across several industries such as fitness, hospitality, real estate, luxury, entertainment and others.

A few years ago, in his initiative, and with the intention of creating a sustainable business that would immensely contribute to the development of Nigeria, he ideated Fly Multi-Company Ltd., a company that has grown to have over five subsidiaries that cut across different sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Fly Fitness, one of the subsidiaries of the company is a fitness solutions centre where all fitness-related issues are treated. Currently, the subsidiary has over five fitness and gym centres across Nigeria with plans to build more. Kashif noted that Fly Fitness has one of the best facilities in Nigeria with its gyms equipped with machines of international standards. Fly Fitness is committed to fitness solutions while also starting the first gym in Nigeria that has an inclusion centre where People With Disabilities can also exercise in line with the SDG goals for an inclusive world.

Fly Exotic Farm, another subsidiary, is a plant and livestock agriculture farm. The idea behind this was that the Nigerian economy was focusing more on the Oil and Gas industry and the need to ensure that there’s food available in the country. Kashif said the farm was created to employ people and also contribute to feeding the nation.

In 2018, Kashif founded Fly Homes, a real estate company which has private hostels built in some tertiary institutions in the country, Fly Exotic Stores, a boutique, and Fly Luxury Stores, a jewellery and fashion store, among other subsidiaries under the company.

Meanwhile, he also founded Supportifly Humanitarian Foundation, a not-for-profit under the aegis of Fly Multi Company Ltd., which was created in a bid to give back to the society (‘street’) where Kashif originated. SupportiFly was created in line with some of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations namely; No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education and Decent Work and Economic Growth which are the SDG Goals 1,2,3,4 and 8 respectively. Particularly, one of the major projects of SupportiFly is the School is not Scam project which is focused on educating children from the slums and ensuring that they are provided with all the support they need to become educated.

Kashif’s zeal for humanitarian affairs is easily traceable to his background and the need for him to help uplift others who are also indigents.

Kashif has received several humanitarian awards both local, national and international awards with one coming from a Rotary Club in 2022 in recognition of his contribution to the objectives of Rotary International.
