Meet ‘Kobi Mighty ’

The man Abobade Idris Olalekan, now popularly known as Kobi Mighty (@kobimighty), was born in the mid-eighties and is presently one of the few record label owners and influencers in the city of Ibadan. He was born into the royal family of Kobiowu in Ibadan and is a business man, widely travelled tourist and a general merchant. He had his primary education at the Unity primary school, Amuwo-Odofin and proceeded to Odofin secondary school. After his secondary education, he enrolled at The Polytechnic Ibadan (Eruwa campus), where he studied Business Administration after which he travelled to the United Kingdom to The London School of Business and Finance for a professional course.

Abobade Olalekan is the founder and CEO of one of the fastest-growing record labels in Nigeria (Kobi Mighty records) which has SheunNatural as his first artiste. The artiste SheunNatural recently released a song titled ‘Leave Story’ under the label as the first official project which is currently enjoying massive airplay all across Nigeria.

Kobi Mighty is an influential personality in Ibadan, Lagos and environs. He is a converted Christian, married with three beautiful children. His hobbies include playing video games, dancing and watching movies.
