Meet King Icemic as he illuminates Ibadan with ‘Culture Xpress 2’ this Saturday

One of the finest hype kings in Nigeria, Dada Faruq Olusola, also known professionally as King ICEMIC, is an award-winning hypeman, notable for his show-killing energy, whose hype prowess and versatility in the use of mind-intriguing words, known as ‘LAMBA’  is second to none.

The Lagos island-born entertainer has headlined several notable events and also anchored his very own events; notable among them is the RED CUP HYPE TRIPS seasons 1 and  2 which recorded groundbreaking successes.

Energetic KING ICEMIC has had the opportunity of gracing and sharing the same microphone and stage with several artistes and hypemen alike, notable are; TI Blaze, Reminisce, Asake, Seyi Vibez, M.I, Vector, Ben Forster, Maleek Raheem, Special Spech, Edwin Paul Pdarwin, amongst others. He has featured in a lot of major events, notably “Lagos countdown”, “Felabration”, “Drive-In” and “Ojude Oba festival” amongst others.

King ICEMIC has been able to build a strong fan base in the city of Ibadan where he is currently based but has spread his tentacles to Lagos and other parts of the country. This is evident whenever he hosts shows; the attendance is always huge. More so, he has been able to maintain cordial relationships with his fanbase which has in turn helped and strengthened his level of influence.

He is a strong affiliate marketer for one of the reputable real estate companies in SouthWest, RO and Co Properties Ltd. With his influence, he has been able to promote the brand in all of his gigs, and one-on-one marketing in order to boost sales for the brand.

He has worked with top-notch nightclubs in Ibadan in the past but he is currently pitching tent with the popular Bodija club, Sluggers where he will be hosting the second edition of his highly anticipated event tagged ‘Culture Xpress’ scheduled to come up this Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 10 pm.
