MASSOB raises alarm over presence of security men in south-east communites

THE movement for the actualization of sovereign State of Biafra MASSOB has called on the Ndigbo to be vigilant over the APC Led government of President Mohammadu Buhari.

The movement accused the APC of running Muslim agenda government. In a press statement issued by its Director of information, Mazi Chris Mocha recalled how the Fulani jihadists came to Kwara in 1811 and after some brief stay there, killed the Yoruba leader in Kwara and took over the administration of the area till date.

The statement stressed that, from every indication, all these attacks by Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen who kill, maim, and sometimes colonize some communities in Benue, Taraba, Nasarawa states were dress rehearsal to the planned Islamization.

The release further disclosed that the intention of the former governor of Zamfara State, Ahmed Yerima who introduced Sharia in 1999 and which later spread to the other Northern States appeared merely to test the waters for an Islamic state in Nigeria.

The release reads in parts “for sometimes in the past, some Northern Muslim leaders had been nursing their political ambition of transforming Nigeria into an Islamic state Their first daring indication was when the former President, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida unilaterally took Nigeria to the organization of Islamic countries in 1986.

The BIM’s The O.I.C which Nigeria was registered as a member is an organization that does not hide its ambition to Islamize not only its member states but the whole world.

According to the statement, the presence of trained security men in southern Nigeria who disguised as shoe cobblers, bore-hole diggers, nail and finger cutters, Okada riders mostly from Chad, Niger and Sudanese extraction is a dangerous signal to monitor because they have an unclear business mission.

The BIM The statement also expressed worry over the steady influx of Fulanis in all the villages in Igboland, saying the exodus portends grave danger to the security of lives and properties of the people of the Zone.

It added that, like they (Igbos) had been the real victims of religious riots and other illegitimate experiments in nationhood called Nigeria, they are also likely to be the worst hit of the ongoing plan to Islamize the country just as the Igbos were the major victims of Tyre present sharia crises in some Northern states.
