Earlier, the Prosecutor, Sgt, Ibrahim Gokwat, had told the court that the case was reported on October 12 by one Ishaq Muiazu, a vigilante member attached to Shagari Corner unit in Jos.
He said that the complainant reported that on the same date Ahmed Abdullahi, Hijiru Musa and Auta Abdullahi, who all reside at Shagari Corner, conspired and attacked him.
Gokwat said Ahmed Abdullahi held him by the neck and dragged him to the ground and stabbed him on his face when he sustained injuries.
Gokwat said the case contravened Sections 59, 241 and 220 of the Plateau Penal Code.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the other two accused persons pleaded not guilty and they have been remanded in prison custody.
