Maharaj Ji raises alarm over encroachment on village land

The founder of the One Love Family, Satguru Maharaj Ji, has expressed concerns regarding the continuous encroachment of his village’s land by land grabbers.

Maharaj Ji has alleged that some operatives within the State Police Command are complicit in these activities.

He stated that these actions by the land grabbers have resulted in the arrest of three devotees from his village by the police.

In a statement signed and made available to the Nigerian Tribune on Friday, he highlighted the encroachment as a serious threat to the peace of the state.

He has appealed to Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde for intervention regarding the arrests and the ongoing encroachment by the land grabbers.

He said “By the Grace of the Grace, we would Your Excellency to use his big stick to intervene very quickly and fast to stop The Oyo State Police Command who are threatening the peace and tranquility during the reign of the present Government of Oyo State, for the wrongful arrest of five devotees who have been clamped into the custody of the Nigeria Police State CID Iyaganku,
