Lost glory in real estate sector returning with Pelican Valley — Ex-ICPC commissioner

A former commissioner of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC) in charge of Ogun and Oyo States, Mr Olusesan Olukile, has disclosed that the lost glory of the real estate sector is being rediscovered by the Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited.

He stated this while presenting a copy of the Quarterly Anti-Corruption Report on Nigeria, a quarterly report that chronicles the Federal Government anti-corruption efforts to Pelican Valley CEO, Babatunde Adeyemo, in Abeokuta on Wednesday.

Olukile, who was represented by Mr Idris Abu, also disclosed that advertorial materials of Pelican Valley appeared in the latest edition of the magazine because the firm has been tested, trusted and found to be a real estate firm of honesty and integrity.

He noted that the lost glory in the real estate business has been rediscovered by Adeyemo, who is also an anti-corruption ambassador.

Olukile, who is the publisher of the magazine, said: “It is imperative to advertise Pelican Valley in an anti-corruption book like this simply because he has been tested and trusted with honesty and integrity in the discharge of his daily activities as a seasoned journalist and as a real estate expert. I have known him since I was ICPC Commissioner in-charge of Oyo and Ogun State.

“It is a fact that the lost glory has been rediscovered in the real estate business by Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo, CEO of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited. It is my singular honour to present the 3rd Edition of the Quarterly Anti-Corruption Reports on Nigeria to him,” he said.

In his response, Adeyemo commended Olukile for the commendation and described the gesture as one of the pleasant surprises towards wrapping up the year.

He noted that the commendation will spur him to be remain committed to integrity, due diligence and quality service delivery in his real estate practice.
