Look dapper with Lapel pins

Fashion is really evolving, and everyone is trying to stay up with the latest trend. In the world of men, lapel pins have moved up the scale of preference; from being just an item for a luxurious few to become a necessary fashion statement, one without which corporate dressing is incomplete. Gone are the days when everyone dons their suits and they are good to go. Today, when you dress without a lapel pin, you are committing a fashion faux pas.

Below are the types of lapel pins you can use and how to effectively combine them:

Stick pin: This is the most common type of lapel pin used in men’s fashion. The detail of this particular type of pin is very little, as it consists of only a thin needle and a little detail affixed. It can easily slide down the collar and it is fit for all events.  Stick pins go through the suit collar and you clasp it on the other side.

Magnetic clasp: When it comes down to looking classy, only few lapel pin types can beat the magnetic clasp. It ensures that no hole is put in your suit as it uses the power of magnetism to ensure your pin stays in place.

Boutonniere: This is a type of label pin that is made from live flowers, it is best suited for special events such as weddings, a boutonniere should be worn through the lapel hole that is on the right side of the chest.  Collar pins: Although this seems a little deviated from the topic of discuss, a number of people do not like to ruin their expensive suits by wearing lapel stick pins. These set of people can go for a collar pin instead. Fitted on the shirt collar and yet as distinctive, a collar pin may be the solution you have been seeking for.

Lapel pin gives you that classy look that turn heads at events whether corporate or social.
