Living with one kidney

I want to know if it is possible for someone to live with only one kidney

Yes, many people live normal, healthy lives with one kidney. As long as the remaining kidney is functioning well, there’s no immediate need for another transplant or dialysis. However, factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, or kidney disease can affect long-term function. Regular check-ups, a healthy diet, and avoiding excessive medication use help preserve kidney health.
