Living on salads alone

I want to know if it is possible to live solely on eating salads such as cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots alone.

If you live on salads made of only cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots for three times a day, for 30 days, then you are bound to have mixed impacts. For sure, these vegetables are low in calories, full of vitamins, and in minerals, though this diet lacks variety in essential nutrients that the body needs for its health generally.

Generally, you are going to create calorie deficit while taking cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots. Cucumbers are primarily water and carrots and tomatoes are of low calorie and nutritious vegetables. Consuming salads of cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots all the time may be good for controlling your digestive issues and losing weight. However, it is not a healthy diet and in the long run causes deficiency of several nutrients and energy to continue the day.

A healthy and achievable diet should comprise a greater variety of foods, comprising proteins, fats, and other fruits and vegetables.
