Libya: Tourists’ death zone

Finally, Nigerians have learnt and still learning deadly tourism lessons from the hands of the Libyans and Arabs in Libya. It is plainly noted that the modern barbaric class of people in Africa that are involved in slavery, dehumanisation, and exploitative acts of their African brothers and sisters are the Libyans. Even with a lot of tourism attractions in Libya, it is an area not meant for tourists.

Libyans have profited immensely in the business of slavery of other African countries, of which Nigerians suffered the most. Therefore, as we are waiting for the last Nigerian to leave the shore of Libya, the next victims are tourists from other nationalities or countries.

The worth of a male Nigerian is 3000 dinars, while the female Nigerians are sold for 4000 dinars; as they are used as sexual objects. The victims of rape are nothing less than 8000 female Nigerians. If one is ready to be sold in the 21st century into slavery and prostitution, then Libya is the right choice.

As speculated by the Nigerian returnees that over 5000 Nigerians are still in prisons in Gharyan. At least 10 out of 100 Nigerians die daily in Libya, therefore it can never be estimated the number of Nigerians that lose their lives in Libya daily. I would not even  suggest Libya for my enemy for any tourism purposes.

This is a signal to understand the kind of people the Libyans have portrayed themselves to be in the world of tourism.  Many videos and pictures treading in the social media about the brutalisation of Nigerians in the hands of the Libyans, it is a big shock to the rational, emotional and humane mind.

As advised by one of the returnees, named withheld, revealed that “Libya is a cursed land of woe, tears and sufferings. The native inhabitants of Libya are worst than the real devil. Our sisters are uselessly molested, but all what we could do is to close our eyes because there is need to stay alive, most of the things I thought never happened was brought to my very self” he concluded.  I regretted leaving home, but it is a great opportunity to be alive.” He concluded amid tears.

If mass graveyard of immigrates is of tourism attraction then Libya is the best tourism destination.
