Let’s ignore mistakes, move on to conquer the world, Pastor Abiara charges CAC leadership

FORMER General Evangelist, Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) worldwide, Pastor Samuel Kayode Abiara, has appealed to the leadership of the church to ignore whatever led to past misunderstanding that rocked the church for more than 27 years and chart a way forward for the church.

He made the declaration while addressing the congregation at the second edition of the unity prayer by the church at CAC, Olugbode, Ita Baale, Ibadan.

Speaking at the programme at Olugbode, Pastor Abiara said: “Let us ignore mistakes. Let’s work together and allow God’s work to progress in our generation. So, our fathers, disregard any little thing that we might have been holding unto these past years. That’s the voice of God.

“Tell my people to heed unto my voice. By doing so, I will surprise the church. If they obey Me, I will forgive them their sins of financial and time wastage. If you obey, I will start a great revival in CAC, but if this time of mercy passes and you did not hearken unto My word, I will chastise anybody who disobeys Me.”

President of the church, Pastor Abraham Akinosun, in his exhortation, urged members of the church to show their commitment to the unity order from God.

He enjoined every member to “pray and key into the programme according to God’s direction till everything will be finally resolved and we will come out to sing hallelujah and announce to the world that we are one.”

Pastor Gabriel Olagunji, who also addressed the members on the occasion, charged every stakeholder to continue to hearken to the directive of God and see to the final fulfilment of the unity mission.

In his admonition, Pastor  James Adeoloye said: “This gathering is totally for the unity and peace of CAC worldwide. We have been praying over the crisis. This time around, God answered our prayers. And the gathering has started, nobody can stop it again. The next thing after the prayer at Arakeji is that CAC crisis has ended and we will have a bigger united gathering.”
