Early morning downpour might have hindered massive turnout of voters in some part of Lagos.
Activities were yet to kick off in various polling booths in
Agbelekale, Baba Ijesha and Ekoro areas in Agbado-Oke Odo Local
Council Area of the state, as at 10: 05 am when our correspondent
visited.
Some residents, still expectant of the electoral officials, believed
the early morning downpour, witnessed in some parts of the metropolis
might have caused the delay.
They however expressed strong reservations whether the remaining hours would be enough to prosecute the electoral process, when the officials eventually arrived.
