Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa to be honoured at the Golden Stars Award 2023

The Golden Stars Award (GSA) has emerged as a prestigious international accolade, serving as a remarkable platform to honor and reward the extraordinary contributions made by talented individuals, revered stars and captains of industries. This esteemed recognition celebrates their unwavering dedication towards creating a better world through their exceptional skills, matchless excellence and innovative ideas.

Shining the spotlight on one of Lagos most accomplished and respected politicians, RT. Honourable Mudashiru Obasa who, since inception in politics has proven to be a major player in Lagos State political sphere. With an illustrious career spanning from the humble days of emerging in Agege council up to becoming the representative of the constituency and eventually emerging as the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly he has proven to be resilient, devoted and keen on serving his people.

Cementing his reputation as a leading figure in the political landscape of the state, he has gone ahead to earn a sixth term and a re-election to represent Agege 1 State Constituency in the assembly on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).   In light of his good works in Agege and an endless appraisals from his people, Golden Stars Award as deemed it fit to honour him with two Awards which are, ‘Excellent man of the year’ and ‘Most influential politician of the year’.

One of the organisers of the awards, Jimoh Lateef disclosed that, “The Speaker in the person of, RT Hon Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa is a father figure to all of us and we can’t overlook his countless achievements politically and socially to the good people of Agege and Lagos State at large. We thought it best to give him these awards to honour and applaud his good works.”
