A Lagos Magistrate Court, presided over by B.A. Sonuga, has quashed the police declaration of Lagos State businessman Saheed Mosadoluwa as wanted.

The suit was filed by Mosadoluwa against the Commissioner of Police, AIG Zone 2, IGP, and DPP, Lagos State.
