Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, stands up for patrons

The Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, has assured its patrons of seamless service based on personal attention during and after the yuletide.

Mr Kayode Bakare, Managing Director, who held a Service Appraisal meeting with the staff of the hotel in readiness for the yuletide said “we are in this business to satisfy the yearnings and live up to the expectation of our numerous customers. Thus, we are not only expected to perform   within the benchmark of our customers, but to rise above the benchmark by being excellent at our duty post.’’

He remarked “Our patrons are our live wire. We are to tend their satisfaction, expectation and serve them in accordance with the ethics of the sector and the standards of service.’’

Mr Bakare commended the staff for girding their loins always at making sure that the hotel does not only retain its faithful customers but has increased its board of clientele.
