Kwankwaso’s statement on 2019

It is quite insulting for Kwankwaso to appear disrespectful by suggesting that only aspirants from the northern states are capable of winning presidential election or defeating PMB.

I am not comfortable with that verdict, mindset and psyche that the idea rose from.

This is a provocative statement and should be retracted at once. Does he mean that aspirants from Kano, Kaduna, kebbi or katsina dont need our support from other states or zones to win?

Or he means that the indigenes from those states are not likely to vote for aspirants from non-northern states if they emerge?

Do those states produce better Nigerians or are they smarter and more deserving of special recognition? I’m troubled indeed by the utterance which appears misguided because it does not mask arrogance, superiority complex, pride and phobia for minority groups. At least, we have not trusted Kwankwaso in the first place so we are yet to be disappointed.
