Krizbeat
2017 seems to have started on a good footing for one of Nigeria’s fast-rising music producers and song-writer, Krizbeatz as many established and up-and-coming artistes now turn to him for their music production.
Born Chris Alvin Sunday, Krizbeatz as he’s fondly called has established himself as not just a music producer with many hit sounds to his credit, he has equally proved his dexterity in music, sound engineering and as a sound architect, an art that has endeared him more to music lovers.
Having conquered a better part of last year with Tekno’s Pana and Diana sound, which earned him the new moniker, King of New Wave, Krizbeatz who got his major break in 2015 after working with Jahbless on his third studio album, has remained a constant force in the music industry.
Armed with a degree in Linguistics from the University of Ibadan and Music Technology in SAE, South Africa, Krizbeatz, who was also the brains behind Lil Kesh’s Shele Gan Gan, Skales’ Temper and Koker’s Bokiniyen now appears ready to take his place in the music industry with a new EP, King of Wave, which would be released anytime from now.
Speaking with R in a brief interview on the attention he has been getting in the last one year, the sound engineer hinted that he would not rest on his oars even as he promised to concentrate on his craft and let his productions do the talking.
“My team and I are working on a new EP with various artistes and it is due to be released soon. This is just one of the many surprises that we will be springing as the year progresses,” he said.
Krizbeatz said he believes that he has changed African sound with Pana by Tekno.
